Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: May 7, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do with ScenorAI. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update this AUP at any time; the latest version always governs your use of the Service.
We take violations seriously. Accounts that breach this AUP may be suspended or terminated without refund, and we may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, host, distribute, or process content that:
- Sexualizes minors in any way (CSAM is strictly prohibited and will be reported);
- Is sexually explicit (pornography, sexually graphic material) or designed to provide sexual gratification;
- Promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- Incites hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic;
- Contains harassment, bullying, or threats against any individual or group;
- Depicts real, identifiable individuals in a misleading, harmful, or non-consensual manner — including non-consensual deepfakes, fabricated statements attributed to real people, or impersonation of public figures or private persons;
- Is intended to deceive, including disinformation, fabricated news, election interference content, or content designed to manipulate financial markets;
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or illegal services;
- Infringes intellectual-property rights, including unauthorized use of copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets;
- Discloses private or sensitive personal information of others without consent (doxxing);
- Provides medical, legal, or financial advice presented as authoritative without proper disclaimers;
- Violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction or ours.
2. Prohibited Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of the Service;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or breach any security or authentication measures;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Service except via authorized APIs and within published rate limits;
- Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service without our prior written consent;
- Train, fine-tune, or evaluate competing AI models using output from the Service;
- Circumvent usage limits, credit consumption, content filters, or billing mechanisms;
- Submit malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage systems;
- Create fake or deceptive accounts, share accounts, or transfer credits without authorization;
- Use the Service to send unsolicited messages, spam, or phishing attempts.
3. Uploaded Audio
If you upload an audio file to be used as a voice track, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to that audio and that its use does not infringe anyone's rights or violate this AUP. You may not upload audio of identifiable third parties without their explicit consent. The Service does not perform voice cloning or biometric voice modeling.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
When publishing content generated by the Service to the public — particularly on social media or platforms with disclosure requirements — we encourage you to clearly indicate that the content is AI-generated, and to comply with any applicable disclosure laws or platform policies (e.g., YouTube's synthetic content rules).
5. Reporting Violations
To report a suspected violation of this AUP — including content that may infringe your rights or that you believe is illegal — write to [email protected] with sufficient detail for us to investigate.
6. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice: remove or refuse to generate offending content; suspend or terminate accounts; report violations to law enforcement; and cooperate with investigations. Where automated safety systems of our AI providers reject a generation, the credits consumed by that attempt may not be refunded.
